Playing Catch Up...

Wow, sorry for being a slacker and not ever posting. I guess that just means we have been busy and having lots of fun! Summer was a little slow starting, but since it finally got warm, we have been having fun boating and camping and being in the yard. I am however anxious for school to start. Cooper needs to get back into a routine and I need to start going to bed at a decent time! He starts up again at North Ogden Elementary on August 23rd. He is so excited to go all day and to finally be able to eat school lunch.
Bridger is growing fast and is improving. His strength is builing slowly, but there really is so much more improvement then just a month ago.  He is trying to hold his head steady when you sit him up and he actually rolls. He can roll from his back to stomach then to his back again! It is so funny to see him swing his hips around to roll.  He still wont lift his head when he is on his stomach, but we are working on that.  We have been having the state funded Early Intervention coming to the house to do all the PT and OT, but I felt like he needed a little more so we are now going to Shriners for PT also.  Our appointment there was so nice and the physical therapist is so great and has lots of experience with kids with low tone.  I think we will see good things happening in the next couple months.

Until then, here are some pics of our summer...

We celebrated my  Dad's 60th Birthday in June with a suprise party at Maddox. This is the cake that my sister-in-law made.  It is the famous hole at St. Andrews Gold Course in Scotland.  My parents are leaving in a couple weeks to Scotland and they are going to golf at the course.

Over the 4th of July we took our Annual Flaming Gorge trip! We had a great time fishing and just hanging out! Cooper out fished his dad this time!

Grandpa Tom and Bridger

We took a day trip to see the Flaming Gorge Dam and somehow all the kids ended up on our boat. They all had a great time sitting on the front of the boat!
